Up for sale is a vintage Federal Signal Beacon Ray. This light is in good to very good condition, especially for its age. Perfect for that classic fire truck or police car restoration. Everything works, the motor spins well and the lights are brand new. T are a few scuffs on the dome and base, but nothing serious and definitely not noticeable on the roof of, say, an old fire engine. The only real blemish on this light is the dome; it started to flatten on one side because of a previous owner who used too high of a wattage of bulb. This can be seen in one of the pictures, but it doesn't effect light operation and t was no discoloring. It really isn't noticeable unless you know what you're looking for. This light would clean up really nice with a Flitz ball or other polishing. The light is a real simple hook-up with one hot wire. It is grounded through the metal base to the roof of the vehicle.
