is a USED Federal Signal CJ184 rotating light with speaker. The light was tested & does rotate, but only 3 of the 4 bulbs come on. The bulb that does not come on tested out good, so it may be a problem with the wire or a contact (I'm not sure). The speaker also powered on when tested. This light does have a few flaws...t is a small dent in the dome retaining ring right near the clasp, t is a very small amount of rust drip near 4 of the chrome corner bolts on the skirt (see pictures). The chrome on the very top of the base is also starting to pit just a little, however its' not visible as the dome retaining ring covers that area up. Underneath, the bottom that would bolt to the roof is a little bent up, but it may be fixable. The light is in overall pretty good shape & with a little work, should look even nicer.
