3. International Shipping - E-mail us for shipping cost at . International winning bidder must (no exceptions)

4. Bidders who win more than one of our auctions in the same day are eligible for a shipping discount. Please wait for Arrowmaker sales to send you an invoice via E-mail before completing check out.

5. All auctions are shipped on the Saturday after payment is received. If t is a problem with shipping on that date, an E-mail will be sent to the winning bidder stating when they can expect shipping.

6. Multiple day auctions won with payments cleared might be combined for convenience. T is no shipping discounts if these shipments are combined.

Insurance

Insurance is available on all items and is an optional expense. Arrowmaker Sales cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items if you did not purchase the insurance.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

Arrowmaker Sales tries to the best of our ability to describe items correctly and completely. Occasionally something might get by our inspection. For this reason we offer a refund or replacement program.

If you receive your item and it is not what was described in our auction please E-mail us at within 7 days of receipt of your item. Tell us why you are dissatisfied with the item and we will either try to replace the item for you or refund your purchase price.

If we have a replacement item in stock, Arrowmaker Sales will E-mail pictures of the item(s) that we have as possible replacements. You may choose which of the items that you want for a replacement. This replacement will be sent to you as soon as we receive the original item sent to you back via the postal service.

Please note that the purchaser must pay for the shipping of the original item to us. Arrowmaker Sales will pay for the shipment of the replacement.

If t is no replacement available then a refund will be issued. Purchaser must send back all items from the original auction at t own expense. A refund for the amount of purchase will be issued within 7 days of the receipt of all items of the original auction. (T is no refunds on Shipping, Handling, or Insurance)
