Hello,I hope you are well and happy .. This is a 67/ 68 Telecaster body that has been repaired .Two humbucking pickup routs were filled in and reshot with Nitrocellulose lacquer long ago. All the original parts I took from this, fit up great as will your's.The body may have SOME of the original finish, although it has been over sprayed in many areas I can see.The sides and back look like some original paint still present .You are buying a REFIN to be clear, as I can,t distinguish the original from the reshot areas.I have several oldies to compair. Talk about your roadworn bar babe look. This light ash body is resonate and light about 3.9 Lbs. It has the original inspector markings and paint in the pockets as Fender did back then.T are circular stamps with numbers as well in the pocket, hard to read. I see the # 3 as well..The color is/was Olympic white with alot of patina. I cleaned it up some.. AS IS!!!! # 20558x plate number was taken off as well as all original parts. The neck date was 3 Jan 68B so this is a 67/very early 68 body. The pick guard covers all lines from the repair.Includes Strap buttons and wired jack cup, furls and lots of MOJO! You cant buy this at Geetar Center! You dont see many 60s Tele bodys on Ebay..Would make a great platform for restoration. I am a powerseller on off, and deal with vintage guitars everyday
