Fender Japan 62 Vintage Reissue Jazz Bass, Hard Case Included. Serial Number U019403. 3 tone sunburst with red tortoise shell pickguard, alder body, maple neck with rosewood fretboard One of the prized anniversary ‘Made In Japan’ re-issues produced in 1995/6 by the renowned Fujigen plant. Fujigen has a long standing reputation for excellent quality and craftsmanship, thus explaining the desirability of the guitars they produce. Simply a beautiful and stunning jazz bass. The Bass is fully operational with all parts original, except for jack socket which was replaced in a recent pre sale service. This is a used instrument, owned by one person for over 15 years. It does have a couple of marks on it here and there from normal play. The only noticeable chip is hi-lighted in the photographs, I have provided close in photographs (front and back) of the instrument for your inspection. Please note top most knob has also loosened over time. However as you can see the instrument is in very good condition, having been respected and cared for by the sole previous owner.
