FENDER SQUIER VINTAGE MODIFIED JAZZMASTER BODY For sale here is a Squier VM Jazzmaster body in excellent condition. I am also willing to throw in the Squier neck, Neck Plate and Grover tuners if the buyer wishes. The guitar is currently strung up and ready to play, please read on... I bought this Butterscotch body in 'as new' condition but haven't got around to doing much with it other than attach a Squier Strat neck and string it up. It was going to be refinished etc but i haven't had the time. As far as i am aware everything is original on the body except the pickup covers, these are originally black on these models. This is a great basis for a project or okay as it is if you are a Punker and not too fussy about some buzz on the neck. It has a great Jazzmaster sound and the fixed bridge adds a little more sustain than usual, anyone that has owned original Fender Jazzmasters will know what i mean concerning the bridge and tail piece. Please Note: The neck does play okay but there are some buzzing notes on the first fret This may be solved with higher action or heavier gauge strings (it currently has 10's on).
