You are bidding on a Fender Stratacoustic Electro Acoustic Guitar with rare Sunburst body. This is a very striking looking guitar with the iconic Fender Strat shape, and always draws attention amongst fellow players. As an instrument to play it has excellent tone and produces a bigger sound than its slim appearance may suggest (before its plugged in!). The narrow fret board and cut away body make this an excellent choice for either accomplished guitarists, or those taking steps in that direction. The on board pre-amp gives a good clean sound, and excellent versatility of tone. This guitar is in excellent used condition with only very light scratching to the scratch plate (that's why it's there!). The body and neck are immaculate with no dings or cracks etc.. The guitar could do with some new strings although still very playable currently. The pre-amp battery needs replacing (pp9 i believe - readily available). This guitar has never been gigged, just played at home jam sessions. Unfortunately i have too many instruments and not enough time, and the arrival of a new baby (banjo!) means its time this guitar went to someone who'll play it rather than it sitting looking pretty on its stand.
