I'll Bet You've Never Seen One!
As Rare as I've Found Maybe, One of a Kind! I dunno, I have literally seen maybe twenty thousand different pieces of Fenton. I own several thousand outright. I've got some of the rarest Fenton ever produced, heck I have one that I had to outbid Scott Fenton for and I have pieces that John Walk hasn't even seen let alone catalog. And I can honestly tell you, I'm stumped. The following is Pretty-Glass shipping disclaimer. By bidding on our auction it is understood that you have read these terms and have agreed to them, tfore I urge you to read it in order to avoid any misunderstanding as concerns your ability to recover losses due to damage or loss and our liability as concerns same. First and most important! This auction works the same as any real auction in that "all sales are final." The exception to this rule; if we have misrepresented this item, you will have grounds for returning the item. However, any intentional act or an accidental chance that alters the condition of this product from its original condition is not or will not be grounds for returning the item. Before returning your item you must get an authorization to do so (it's simple, just write and ask), material returned without authorization will be rejected out of hand. It will also be up to those requesting a refund to pay postage for the return of the item. It is also your responsibility to wrap the product as to arrive safely at our facility. Once all of these conditions have been met and it proves we goofed and the item is obviously different than that advertised or has an obvious flaw that should have been included in the original description, all monies including postage both ways, will be refunded to the buyer. The above disclaimer is for items in which we at have committed an error and you are seeking a refund. This disclaimer in no way applies to those items damaged in the transit through the postal system or any other carrier hired expressly for the delivery of your package. While it is not our policy to require any one to purchase insurance, we wish to make obvious that once your purchase has been placed with the carrier, that our responsibility for the safe and timely deliverance of your package is out of our control. In order to prove we have placed your item with a carrier, a delivery confirmation is purchased and the cost is applied to the total amount due for shipping and handling.
