FENTON AMBER CARNIVAL GLASS THISTLE RUFFLED BOWL LOVELY

This is a very STUNNING, BEAUTIFUL old piece of carnival glass. I believe it is a FENTON THISTLE PATTERN as the design matches one of Fenton's Patterns. It has a lovely flowing ruffled edge with a pie crust crimping. The bowl stands on a low COLLAR style base. It is not marked any w that I can see. The color is Amber, or perhaps Horehound with wonderful gold, lavender, purple, red and green iridescence. It appears to be in Near Mint to Mint condition. T are no chips or scratches anyw that I can find. I believe it is an older, vintage piece because of the presence of air bubbles. Photo #5 shows a larger air bubble. This piece measures 8 3/4 inches across and stands 2 1/2 inches high. I think it is an absolutely beautiful piece of early Fenton. I am not an expert so the comments stated are only my opinion based on some research at Fenton web sites. If any of my comments are incorrect, please let me know. It is not my intent to deceive anyone. I am listing it for a friend. It was recovered from a basement clean out and was probably stored for 50 years or so.
