~Fenton Burmese Artist Signed 7" Double Crimp Vase~ This auction is for a Fenton Burmese Artist Signed 7" Double Crimp Vase. Matte finish. Fenton stock number 7252 DB. This is an absolutely beautiful vase. Hand painted and signed by noted Fenton artist, Sue Foster, this vase features a tree scene with the pink and yellow of the burmese in the backround as the sky and sunlight. Made in 1970-1971. Included in this auction are the original box, showing the stock number, the hang tag around the neck with the story of how burmese got it's name and the paper Fenton label, still attached. The hang tag still has the original purchase price sticker on the back. This is truly a rare find. Measure's 7" tall x 5" at it's widest point. Condition is excellent. No damage or wear. I believe it has been in it's box for the last 37 years. This would make a great addition to your Fenton or Burmese collection.
