for bid is a very beautiful burmese santa fairy lamp with hand painted roses by Fenton. This is a marked piece having the ovla logo as well as the artist's signature "J. Powell". This fairy lamp is in excellent condition. This piece stands approx 4 1/2" tall and is approx 3 3/4" wide. Its quite heavy. The hand painted mauve roses are very detailed and they wrap around the edge of Santa's hat as well as on his pom pom hat tip. The rest of the hat is a crystalized white color as is his mustache & eyebrows. Look at his blue eyes...they have stars in them. This fairy lamp has never been used and even has its original price tag still attatched to its base ( $79.50). This auction is for only one fairy lamp. I have a twin to this one listed as well....its always nice to have a set for decoration. Please ask questions before bidding.
