Fenton cobalt blue hand painted slipper boot, signed This gorgeous little cobalt blue slipper boot was made by Fenton and is marked on the bottom with the Fenton hallmark (the word "Fenton" in an oval) which dates it as post 1980. It has hand painted raised flowers across the front, sides and heel. Signed on bottom with "hand painted by B. Fluharty" (signature is that of Brian Fluharty). Unusual in style, it has a taller top with turned up toe in a "Cinderella" style. Measures approx. 5" in overall length x 2 3/4" in overall height. In excellent condition with good color and pattern and no nicks, cracks, repairs or fleabites. Has excellent luster and crisp pattern. This may be an excellent opportunity to acquire Fenton Art Glass that could increase significantly in value now that Fenton has gone into receivership and its product manufacturing is/has moved overseas.
