Welcome to this auction! This beautiful opalescent cranberry daisy & fern tumbler was made by Fenton for L. G. Wright. The cranberry color is a little lighter on this one than the other one that I have in a separate auction. The opalescence is outstanding on this one. The pattern is very distinct; no missing it ! Both are beautiful and deserve a spot in a cranberry glass collection or a daisy & fern glass collection. These are my last two smaller cranberry daisy & fern tumblers.Height = 3-3/4" Top diameter = 2-7/8" Base diameter = 2-1/2" No logo. The daisy and fern pattern is one of the most popular and longest running patterns produced by Fenton for the L. G. Wright company. It was first produced in the 1940s and stayed in their line until the 1960s. In the early 1980s, it was reintroduced. Some new items were added and some older ones again produced. All of the pieces produced for the Wright company will have straight daisy petals. If you have any pieces with the petals curved, those are the ones that Fenton produced to sell under their own company. Condition: No chips or cracks. In excellent condition. T is one very small bubble about halfway down the inside of the tumbler. It is 1-2 mm. Insurance is recommended but not required. You will be responsible for any damage, theft, or loss that occurs after it leaves my place if insurance is declined.Payment: Paypal or money order. Checks accepted but will have 10 day hold until item ships. Please pay within 7 days after you receive an invoice. If you are unable to pay for some reason, please notify me within 7 days after auction ends.Returns: No refunds for buyer's remorse. I try to describe everything to the best of my ability and knowledge. However, if I grossly misrepresent something, I will refund your money. Item must be returned in the same condition as when it was sent. Remember that straw marks, mold marks, air bubbles, and ash are common in older pieces of glass. These things still happen in modern glass making. Each piece of glass is unique when made by hand. Please ask all questions before bidding as I do not claim to be an expert. PLEASE ask about anything you are unsure of. Thank you for your interest in this auction. I will combine items to save on shipping costs if possible.
