Welcome and thank you for visiting Sweet Home Chicago Antiques, and thanks to GQ Magazine for naming Chicago their City of the Year! This listing is for a stunning signed Fenton cranberry brides basket bowl. The design is an elegant latticino drape with a solid cranberry interior. The style is reminiscent of the early Nailsea glass. I was originally told that this style is Fenton's "cranberry ice", but other collectors have refuted that. I'll let you decide, as I'm not an expert on Fenton art glass. The Fenton logo is on the underside of the bowl foot, though I can't capture it with the camera. The condition is absolutely pristine. T are no chips, cracks, flakes or signs of repair. My guess is that this was a cabinet piece. I'd love to see it in a silverplate basket or on an elegant stand, though it does display fabulously as a stand-alone. A lot of bowls can't do that, but this one has the requisite color and style. I was going to hold it to list for Valentine's Day, but decided to let it go so you can enjoy it now. It measures approximately 9-1/2" diameter across the top rim. The height is 3-1/2". The base or foot measures 3-1/4" diameter. This lovely bowl is just superb. You'll be just delighted with this find . Feel free to email any questions or requests, and we'll have your answer within 24 hours. NOTE: If you have no or low feedback, you're going to want to contact us in advance of bidding, or risk having your transaction rescinded. We're sorry about that, but the categories have been fraught with fake bidders this Holiday season and we're trying to verify that the bids on our auctions are legitimate. Your business is very much appreciated. We pack carefully and ship very fast. We'll double-box this beautiful bowl to ensure safe transport. International bidders are quite welcome to participate, but do keep in mind that Customs documents are prepared in accordance with prevailing laws and in the full sale amount. Thanks again for visiting Sweet Home Chicago Antiques. Please take a moment to check out our other listings, and be sure to Have Fun while you're on eBay!
