Very Hard To Find Cranberry NO Opalescent PRE LOGO FENTON Hobnail Candle Sticks or Holders JUST IN TIME FOR THE HOLIDAYS! This beautiful glistening pair of FENTON pre logo Cranberry Hobnail Candle Holders were produced in the earlly 1940's. Fenton produced non opalescent glass due to shortages of chemicals used for the war. The result of this shortage was the introduction of Cranberry glassware without opalescence into the Fenton Line. The rest they say is History. Fenton only produced this color in Hobnail during the war and again for Sears in the late 1960's. If you are a Fenton collector or perhaps a cranberry glass collector do not let this set get away. Even if you do not collect glassware this is a stunningly beautiful set which you would be proud to display during the holiday season. This set is in MINT condition!! The items can be seen in John Walks "Fenton Glass Compendium 1940-1970" on page 135. These items have a book value of $80-90 each. What a nice Christmas gift for yourself or your favorite collector!! If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me -- I'll respond quickly, and usually within one business day. Returns accepted upon prior approval.
