Fenton DANCING LADIESFAN VASE DESCRIPTION: This auction is for a GORGEOUS DANCING LADIES Fan Vase. This is a special order vase made especially for Fenton's Collectibles, and was made in very limited numbers. The vase is made from Aubergine glass, which has been irridized with the new irridization treatment perfected for carnival glass made in 2007. This new carnival finish is much closer in appearance to the original carnival glass which Fenton made famous nearly 100 years ago. Please excuse the flash shine in the middle top of the vase. Notice the colors of the irridization pick up and highlight all the details on this beautiful vase . On both sides, the dancing lady figures appear to be gold, just a beautiful color treatment! As you can see, the bottom says Fenton's Collectibles 2007. It has also been hand signed by George Fenton, president of Fenton Art Glass, during his final signing event at Fenton's Collectibles. What a fantastic piece to remember the beauty and elegance of Fenton's hand made art glass! This beautiful vase is 8 inches high in the center, and 8 inches wide at the top. This is a 1st quality vase. This beautiful vase is in excellent/new condition, t are no chips, cracks or flea bites. It would make a wonderful addition to any serious Fenton collector's collection.
