WOULD MAKE A GREAT LAST MINUTE GIFT! I can express mail, one day shipping, on request! PLEASE ASK ABOUT ONE DAY SHIPPING! Up for auction is a Fenton White Opalescent Lamp, in a basketweave pattern, with sections of handpainted flowers that look like pansies, that are encircled with what looks like a blue ribbon, that seems to form an outline ribbon-like pattern shape of a heart around the flowers. This lamp is designed in an embossed basketweave pattern, and it is gorgeous. I believe it is from the 1990's. The floral pattern does not have a yellowish background, as it may appear in my photos. It is a white opalescent background that seems to strangely reflect the flash, and appears yellow because of the flash and because of the lighting in the room reflecting the opalescence. This is a tough lamp to photograph well. The lamp measures a little over 21" high. THE LAMP IS NOT LEANING IN THE PHOTOS, I AM LEANING while taking the photos!!! This particular lamp was signed by "S. Hopkins" inside of the top of the lamp shade.I have displayed this lamp and only used it once or twice. It is in very good condition. The only thing I can find even remotely wrong with this lamp, is that t is some discoloration of the brass finish at the very bottom of the base of lamp, right at the base... it is only t, and now else on this lamp. Also, it is mostly in the back of the lamp near the cord. I can try to photograph this if you request it - it is hard to get a pic, as the flash makes it too light to see it. I do not have the original box for this lamp anymore. The brass criss-cross design on this lamp is so beautiful. The embossed basketweave patterned design is wonderful and I cannot truly do it justice in my photos. The opalescence is just so very pretty, it cannot be depicted well with my (lack of) photogrqaphy "skills". This would make a lovely holiday gift for the Fenton collector in your heart this holiday season.I might note, I am a horrible photographer!
