Superb color and detail in Fenton's 2000 Spring Supplement re-release of L.G. Wright's Thistle pattern art glass basket. Fenton acquired the mold in 1999 and produced this piece in their lovely Violet color. Wide pulled four petal rim and rib twist handle. Eight stylized petal feet
Basket measures 5 inches by 6.5 high and is also shown in their 2002 Catalogue, #6838OE. Marked with embossed Fenton medallion, has original hang tag and silver Fenton Handmade in USA label.
