Fenton Aubergine Fan Vase with Painted Pansies on Front Face NOT IN FENTON FACTORY LINE and Painted OUTSIDE the Fenton Factory by an independent artist and should NOT be considered a collectible from Fenton Art Glass... This was purchased as unpainted Ware at the Fenton Gift Shop (F inscribed on the base) - then custom painted outside the Factory Front Face has six Pansies (in two different color schemes) using Lavender Metallic Pearl, White Metallic Pearl, Magenta, and Deep variation of Purples. Technique used was triple loaded flatbrush ONE STROKE method. Center Stamens are Yellow Ochre, Sunflower Yellow and Parchment highlights. Leaves are Yellow Green with Forest Green double loaded Brush in ONE STROKED method. Baby's Breath surrounds the Bouquet in Lavender Metallic Pearl The base to the Vase is painted lavender Pearl on the "BALL" portion with Pink Pearl dots as shown in picture number 3. The Paint used on this item IS PERMANENT... Special Glass ENAMEL paint was used, then fired as instructed from the Paint Manufacturer. Measures 8 1/2 inches tall x 6 1/2 inches across fan x 4 inches diameter base It comes to you in Original Fenton Factory box and will be doubled boxed for shipping with plenty of packing peanuts for safe arrival!
