Hello again! This piece is MAGNIFICENT! The color is INCREDIBLE! Offering up this historic piece of Fenton: Favrene Jefferson Bicentennial Compote from 1976. The shine on this piece is remarkable. The interior is exquisite. This is known as Fenton's most intricate bowl, as evidenced by the individual depictions (4 each) around the bowl and base. This piece measures 7.5" at it's widest and is 10.5" tall. Perfect condition. From a private collection. Please email with any additional questions. Thanks for Looking and HAPPY BIDDING! Update 5/30/07: Someone asked about scratches: T are NO scratches on the compote, however, I must disclose a small manufacturing flaw(?), about 1/3 inch long, inside the dish. It looks like a hair or a sliver of glass that was fired out in negative relieve. I can only compair it to a 'hair' ; I don't know what else to call it. Have added one photo to show.
