's a wonderful Christmas tree that was produced by Fenton Glass Company. This is part of the group of Christmas trees that Fenton has been producing over the years in a variety of colors and sometimes bears a little gold trinket in the shape of animals. This particular tree DOES NOT have any gold ornament. It is a first quality tree, as t are no markings on it that would indicate it being a second. It was just on produced just plain. It does, however, have ALOT of snow...more than I have seen on the trees in the past. It makes it so realistic looking. This tree does still bear the silver, foil, oval Fenton Sticker. It stands just shy of 6-1/2" tall and is 4" wide at the bottom. T is no damage to this tree, I purchased it new, and have had it packed away since. It's never been displayed. I don't have the original Fenton Box for this tree, but do have a variety of Fenton boxes that it would fit in if you'd like, if giving this as a gift. Should you be the winnng bidder, just let me know at auction end if you'd like a Fenton Box to go with it. My last picture, I was trying to capture the bottom of the tree to show both the silver sticker, and the fact that t are no marks that would indicate that this anything other than a first quality tree, but when I switched to close up, I guess I lost the flash, so it turned out dark, sorry, hopefully you can make some of it out. Thanks for taking a look, we'll be listing several other nice items this week, Fenton, Goebel and Fostoria. ********************************************* Please read -- It's Important. If the recent negatives that we have concern you, please feel free to email us, we will be happy to discuss them with you, and give you our side of the story. We are not dealers, we are simple folks that have overcollected over the years, and just want to thin this all down. We have one completely full spare bedroom that needs to be cleaned out, it's just a shame to keep all this lovely glass packed up, and we'd like to be displaying some of it, but need to make room in the curio's to do that, and need to sell off what we don't want to display. We describe things to the best of our ability. We do not make mention of normal glass making issues such as air bubbles, heavy seams, ash deposits, straw marks, older style basket maker marks on the handles of older baskets, or any normal and customary characteristics of older glassmaking. Please remember, this glass that we are selling is of an antique and vintage nature, and can be anyw from 40 - 100 years old, and as such will have normal wear and tear, minor surface scratching, and signs of useage. If any of these issues are heavy or it affects the collectibility or value of the piece, we will then make mention of the issue, but only then. We have collected these pieces over the years, and naturally we liked nice pieces in our collection too. If a piece does have damage, we go out of our way to describe it to the best of our ability and put up a photo if possible. You can be assured that your piece will arrive to you in the condition described in the auction. If the piece arrives with damage not noted in the auction page, it has been damaged in shipping. We will be happy to provide you with any documentation you will need to file the claim on your end. The Post office wants to see the original shipping carton, packing materials and receipts, we cannot file the claim for you. We do pack very carefully using new bubble wrap and peanuts. We only recycle next to new packing materials. We do charge a packing and handling fee that is determined by the size of the item and packing materials required. This could run from 50 cents for a very small item, to as much as $5.00 for a large item or lamp, due to the additonal packing materials required, and the purchase of a box, as the Post Office doesn't provide the larger boxes needed for these types of items, for free, they must be purchased. Our feedbacks reflect our packing skills,...
