HELLO, This beautiful Fenton Holly Bowl is an overall foliage pattern in high relief. The vines and leaves are presented delicately radiating out from the center in a broad circular pattern. The pattern is prolific and captures the attention. Also known as Carnival Holly this dazzling bowl has a marie or base of deep blue with the center a lighter blue. All the traditional carnival colors are accounted for and all are very brilliant in color. The deep blue base merges outwardly until the scolloped edge is a soft Aqua blue. This treasured bowl stands 2ins. high and has a diameter of 8ins. This piece has a small amount of roughness on the base, which at first I thought to be chipped but looking closer one will see that this was an imperfection in the mold. This piece is in excellent condition with no wear.
