ITEM DESCRIPTION I offer for your bidding pleasure, with NO RESERVE, this absolutely gorgeous Fenton Handpainted Numbered Limited Edition White Opal Satin "Yankee Doodle" Grooming Cat Figurine . This beautiful cat is Fenton #I5074 HPMX and was produced in 2004 by Special Order as an eBay exclusive. This is #49 of a VERY Limited Edition of 800 pieces. This kitty is handcrafted in white opal glass which has been sanded to a soft, smooth, satin finish. It has been carefully airbrushed and highlighted with two different shades of brown and has then been handpainted with a patriotic red, white, and blue stars and stripes scarf tied around its neck. It is completed with detailed painting of its facial features. Stacy Williams, a member of Fenton's award-winning Decorating Design staff, developed the colorful Yankee Doodle design. This superb cat figurine is approximately 4" high, about 2 3/4" at its widest point, and is about 2 1/2" in depth. This ultra cute cat figurine is in NEW condition with no chips, cracks, flakes, or scratches. The piece retains its First Quality oval silver foil Fenton label and has the embossed oval Fenton logo with a "0",though partially obscured by the sanding process, indicating that it was produced in the decade of the 2000s. It has its Limited Edition number(#48/800) and the official Ebay logo on the bottom and is signed by the Fenton artist who did the handpainting(J. Peyton).
