ITEM DESCRIPTION I offer for your bidding pleasure, with NO RESERVE, this absolutely gorgeous Fenton Handpainted Numbered Limited Edition White Opal Satin Hippo Figurine . This whimsical hippo is Fenton #I5063 HPCJ and was produced in 2007 for sale exclusively by . This is #53 of a VERY Limited Edition of 100 pieces. The Kim Barley designed hippo figurine is part of Shelley's Keepsakes Collection, a piece specially chosen by Shelley Fenton, granddaughter of company founder, Frank L. Fenton. The hippo figurine has completely SOLD OUT and is no longer available This adorable hippo is handcrafted in white opal glass which has been sanded to a smooth, satin finish. He is handpainted with blue bibbed overalls with a pocket in the front and is proudly displaying a bushel basket full of freshly picked red ripe apples. He has painted eyes, nose, and mouth with painted accents on his toes. This superb hippo figurine is approximately 3" high and about 2 1/2" at its widest point. It is about 2" in depth. This ultra cute hippo figurine is in NEW condition with no chips, cracks, flakes, or scratches. The piece has the embossed oval Fenton logo with a "0", indicating that it was produced in the decade of the 2000's, though it has been partially obscured by the sanding process. Its Limited Edition number(#53/100) appears on the bottom and it is signed by the Fenton artist who did the handpainting(S. Hughes). This figurine will arrive NEW in its original box with its Shelley's Keepsakes Collection card. The figurine pictured is the actual one you will receive.
