Up for auction is a retired Fenton Hand Painted "Leaping Trout" Burmese Vase. This is from the 1996 Connoisseur Collection. The pattern shows a gorgeous Rainbow trout jumping out of a brook after a dragonfly. The aquatic motif surrounds the entire body of the vase. It is limited edition # 1367 / 1450. The classically shaped mould was designed by Jon Saffell for 1996. Robin Spindler has created a new version of the fish motif (accented in gold) on Burmese glass from Mt. Washington which was popular from 1855 to 1900. The subject matter truly gives this piece a Victorian look. The bottom is signed by the artist and numbered. The original Fenton sticker and price tag are still on this piece. The COA, tent card, and original box are included. It is approx. 8" tall. Condition is mint; no chips, cracks, or water deposits. We accept Paypal, money order or check. Shipping and insurance is $10.00 in the continental U.S. via USPS. Shipping and insurance charges to Australia and Canada will be determined after the auction end. Insurance is required to Australia and Canada. We are always happy to reciprocate feedback!!!!!
