This auction is for a Fenton Hand painted Mini Rooster . This rooster is 2 1/2" tall and 2" wide. The rooster has a white opal satin matte finish with country colors and design . The comb is a light soft purple color. T is a yellow, green, and light purple cross hatch design on the wings. The original Fenton silver label is on the front. The label says, Fenton Art Glass 1905-2000. The white 95 is in the center and the F logo is in black. I believe the rooster is signed on the base but I have never had the original price tag taken off from the base. The price tag is worn but the number on the label on the base is 5265 J1. The original price was $19.50. Condition: Excellent: No chips, cracks, hairlines, or repairs. It always sat on my shelf in the dining room. I have the Folk Art Collection 2000 informational card that comes with this rooster. It says, Robin Spindler's love of American Folk Art shines through her designs... Using two different decorating techniques, each item evolves from a solid Ivory glass base into a detailed work of art. Robin's unique plaid pattern for the Rooster Figurines is a departure from our animals of prior years. Please check out my other auctions. I am listing other Fenton figurines. I do combine auctions to save on shipping and this item will fit easily in a box with another item.
