I had the great privilege to purchase a portion of a private glass collection. Consisting of slag glass, vintage and contemporary carnival glass, most pieces are Fenton or Imperial. Be sure and check out all of my listings for some fantastic pieces! This listing is for a beautiful Fenton covered candy box. Done in Teal Marigold Carnival Glass, it is in the "Chessie" pattern. What fantastic colors! This piece is highly sought after, especially in this gorgeous color. The detail is outstanding. It measures 4 1/2" in diameter and stands 8" tall to the top of the handle. This is Fenton's ware #9480OI and comes from 1988. T are no nips, chips, cracks or repairs.....excellent condition. It is clearly marked "1988..."Chessie" by Fenton". The iridescence is wonderful!
