SO ENJOY AND HAVE SOME FUN! ITEM DESCRIPTION: This is an old and SCARCE Fenton WINE AND ROSES Cider Pitcher made in the early 1900's. These Gems are extremely hard to find and is a Dandy example! The Base Glass color is MARIGOLD. The iridecence on this wonderful piece is quite beautiful, some gorgeous Pinks and soft Blues. The photos show the piece well...but it is even better in your hands. Absolutely lovely on display. A beautiful example of this very rarely seen and highly desirable pattern. If you having been hunting a beautiful specimen or you are lucky enough to have one, but not this nice...give this one serious consideration. It has no markings...it is vintage Fenton at its best! It is every bit as gorgeous as the photos show off and then some. My photos are taken outside in natural light. I never use a flash or props. I never enhance photos, never have, never will. If the piece looks awesome in the photos...that is because...it is! What you see is what you will get! ITEM MEASUREMENTS: The piece is 8 1/4 inches tall and 6 3/4 inches wide. ITEM CONDITION: T are NO chips, cracks or repairs on this Beautiful and very Scarce Fenton piece. THE BASE: The mold seams are barely t to the touch. I can make out just a hint of shelf wearm, common to this old glass and nothing uncommon whatsoever I assure you. The piece sits flat, level and solid on a flat surface. Extraordinary condition! THE INTERIOR: I can't make out any wear on the interior at all. Superior condition. THE EXTERIOR: The exterior is in excellent condition...I can't find any wear...sharp pattern details. The iridescence colors are very nice featuring some gorgeous Pinks. A very fine specimen. THE EDGE: The Edge Treatment on the piece is very well done. Exquisite shape...even all the way around. The handle application and spout are well formed. Top Notch visual appeal. That is all I can find on this Scarce and Gorgeous Fenton piece. It exhibits beautiful iridescence and the condition is exceptional. You will be hard pressed to find a nicer one anyw, anytime. A sweet piece of glass...one that will brighten your display and certainly not a pattern eveybody else has! It is obvious how well it has been cared for over the last century...maintained as a show piece in my opinion. An Elegant example of this very desirable pattern...one to make space for. If you have been looking for an outstanding one or have been looking to upgrade....give this piece serious consideration...it is very impressive on the shelf! Please look over those photos again. It is every bit as gorgeous as it looks and then some. My auction format is very plain and I mean it to be that way. I am an antique enthusiast and collector of old glass and pottery...I find it completely facinating. I'm selling fine antiques...not me. The pieces I sell are part of our history, as a country and all made right in the good ole' USA unless I state otherwise. Imagine...made in the USA...what a concept! They are awesome all by themselves...no glitz is needed! Please enjoy the many photos and detailed descriptions...in my opinion...nothing else needs to be done or said. I do my best to point out damage or wear issues with the pieces I offer. I'm not perfect...but I am honest. True antique glass always has some manufacturing marks. It was made a century ago and mass produced...cheaply...well before quality was an idea. If t is a manufacturing mark that is out of the ordinary...such as excessive, contained, bubbles throughout the glass...I will mention it.
