got a good one folks. this knife made the boat trip from germany while bringing along some absolutely beautiful stag. without a doubt i would call the handles on this knife red stag. the handles appear to have a white outline which is kind of rare in itself with a lining of red just inside the white. all throughout the rough stag scales you can see the red tint. just gorgeous. this is a four bladed knife with the pattern number of 575 solingen stamped on the back of all four blades. Fife Cut. Co. with germany below is stamped on the front of all four blades. also all four blades feature the much sought after long pull. the knife to me appears to have never been carried or sharpened. it is difficult to say a knife has never been cleaned but in my opinion the knife has never been professionally cleaned. but i have been wrong before. i personally use semichrome to protect the knife surfaces while i do not consider this cleaning. i do have another knife with these stampings that does have the bar shield that i myself think 'has' been professionally cleaned. i will be selling it also. it is also a super knife that is just as rare. i offer a 3 day inspection and return for any reason, no questions asked. i do all i can to have a smooth transaction. if you are not satisfied, i am not satisfied. feedback is of utmost importance to you and read more
