Figural Silver Condiment Set Mappin & Webb? Rare. Dimensions: OH: 6-1/2", OL 6-1/4", OW: 4-1/2". Stunning silver plate figure of a man, with finely detailed middle eastern clothing, turban and moustache strolling across a finely detailed landscape. He is carrying a long pole across his padded right shoulder on either end of which is a, completely removable, pepper or sugar shaker and a lidded mustard with spoon. The shaker and mustard are both barrel form, heavy glass with moulded and acid etched details (just like a Mappin & Webb biscuit barrel we have), and silver plate rims, lids and handles. All lids handles and hinges work beautifully. No damage whatsoever to glass. He is carring in his left hand a silver plate basket with handle (removable) and spoon for the salt. The spoons in this set do not match. The figure shows NO damage nor plate loss whatsoever. If the figure is marked it is under the heavy felt someone has put on the bottom (which we chose not to remove). Overall EXCELLENT CONDITION. (LS0712) Note: This is the original Mappin & Webb piece. We have compared it with the recent Bombay Company reproduction and t is truly no comparison in detail or quality. Combine purchases to save on shipping. 2. SHIPPING - Buyer pays actual shipping & handling. This includes a Delivery Confirmation or Tracking Number unless otherwise stated. Insurance is extra unless otherwise noted. All international shipments must be shipped insured. 3. BUYER is expected to make contact within 3 days of the auctions close. We will normally e-mail the winning bidder within 24 hours of the auctions close to work out payment and shipping arrangements. 4. PROMPT payment is expected after closing of an auction unless we have agreed in advance to other arrangements (typically 3 days via PayPal, 7 business days for money order/cashiers check). Personal/Company checks are not accepted. 5. RESERVE PRICE AUCTION - If this item is a reserve price auction, please don't e-mail asking for the reserve price. We never give it out. 6. We ship regularly. All items are expected to be shipped within 3 days of receipt of payment. Most items ship within 48 hours. 7. We reserve the right to refuse/cancel sale or to cancel/block bids from buyers with zero or negative feedback. 8. Items are sold "as-is" without any warranty implied/expected or otherwise. Please ask questions before bidding on items. 9. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items unless you pay for insured shipping, then you must work with the carrier on damage reimbursement. We will assist with documentation as needed. 10. If this is an electronics auction, all items were in working order when acquired.
