Fabulous Antique Victorian Figural Wolf Head Painted Cast Iron Thermometer in very good working order. This open mouthed wolf with barred teeth has at least 80% of his original paint and is mounted on an acorn and oak leaf ground. It measures 12" long x about 4 1/2" across . It looks as though at one time it may have been attached to another piece as t are 2 areas on the left side that are flat,however they are the same color as the balnce of the piece. It comes from a Pennsylvania Farm Estate I am handling. T is no makers mark . Lucky bid to pay 15.00 s&h
