5" tall, 4.5" head circumference, 4" long, almost 2.5'' wide Heubach Piano baby sitting up with raised arms. This baby is sitting up blonde sculpted hair with forelock curl, intaglio blue eyes, closed smiling mouth, sculpted smock with light pink trim, bare feet. Piano babies were Victorian knick-knacks used to hold the ever-present shawl in place on a family's piano. They were made in Germany in the late 1800's. I am selling these lovely figurines because I am moving to a smaller home and want them to go to someone that will appreciate them as I have in the past.
