*NEW FIND* Palm sized Golden Quartz Drusy plate KINGSTON NY-Rare find/ location Description This auction is for a wonderful quartz Drusy plate from Kingston NY . The specimen measures 107x56x20mm, and weighs 3.2 oz . There may be some damage around the edges of the specimen from where it broke off from a larger plate . Other than this its in excellent condition. This plate is comprised of hundreds of little quartz crystal points . All nicely developed with a nice golden tint from iron staining . This specimen has NO matrix attached it is 100% quartz and even the side that rested against matrix is somewhat faced off as well (last three photos). Overall a great specimen and a unique find from a rare location . Enjoy! Thanks for looking and good luck bidding. . 99% of my specimens are hand collected by yours truly.
