Fine and rare SHOP OF THE CRAFTERS cube settle designed by Paul Horti for the Crafters Library Set, 1906, with post of exotic wood inlay capped with tacked-on hammered metal fittings, vertical slats to the back, slatted crosswork under the arms, with upholstered cordovan leather cushions. (Only six known examples, this one from the 1989 Hirschl and Adler Galleries exhibition `From Architecture to Object: Masterworks of the American Arts and Crafts Movement`). Very good original finish. Original paper label accompanied by framed exhibition photos. 37` x 67` x 30 1/2`
