Fine Austeria China Dinner ware Set This fine Austeria china dish set consists of 6 dinner plates 9 1/2" diameter, 5 cake plates at 5 1/2" diameter,6 large bowls at 7 1/2" diameter, 5 small bowls at 5 1/2" diameter, 6 saucers & 5 cups. Actually is a complete set of five with some extra pieces. All china is in excellent shape especially for its age. I do not know exactly the age but l believe the late 1800's or early 1900's. But unknown for sure??? This china is a white background with beatuiful painted pink rosebud flowers. Please see pictures t are lots of them.The china is so fine it is almost transparent when held up to the light. It is trimmed with what i think is 22K gold. T is some very slight wear to the rims of the dishes but not much it is really in very good shape!!!!!. Each piece is marked with VICTORIAN, then a crown and under the crown is Austeria. T is also a # on each piece 220. We feel that $79.99 is a fair starting bid for this wonderful antique china set. What a deal !!!!!T are 32 pieces in this set which comes to less than $2.50 per piece. This set is on consignment with me. If you have questions feel free to email me ails. I have two selected shipping methods Priority from US Post Office and UPS ground.My suggestion with this fine dinnerware set is that it gets shipped by UPS ground service rather than Postal.I feel it will get better & safer handling while it is shipping. This antique china dinnerware will need Insurance. It will be packaged with great care. Insurance cost will depend on ending auction cost.
