These are a fine pair of 19th century bisque figures of which, during our research, we have been informed they are of Germany origin and are Dresden. Superb overall quality and intricate hand decoration to the male and the female. Portrayed in standing postures with the fine dress attire. Mounted on circular and ornate base with the marble patterned decoration. Both have an overall height of about 10inches with an overall base dia of about 4.25inches. Condition: Considering the age, the overall condition is very good with no blemishes to our knowledge of chips cracks or restoration. Both in need of a clean!! Besides being a very collectable pair of 19th century Dresden male & female figures, both would also look fabulous displayed.
