Out of incredible Villanova PA estate. An extraordinary deep pigeon blood ruby red facet cut bottle with cast pewter over cork stopper circa late 1800s to early 1900s most probably by Moser. This magnificent bottle is in excellent condition with no flakes, chips, or damage/repairs. It reflects light like a gem and is, quite simply, breathtaking. I do not know the purpose of this bottle, it does not seem like a perfume bottle but I cannot figure out what else it would have been used for. Whatever its purpose is is a truly beautiful and very unique piece of functional antique art glass. 6 1/2" high by 3 1/2" diameter. Stunning.
