FineChinese Ta Ching Period 19thCentury Porcelain Vase, circa 1870. Period also known as the Qing or Manchu dynasty. Excellent condition, no damage or repairs. Not a dealer; privately owned; locally appraised at $350.
Waisted Ku-form, covered in a celadon glaze. Embellished with a white slip-crackle floral motif, repeated around four times. Made to hold water, although it's never been filled and clean inside. Substantial, well thrown pottery: 7 lbs, 1/2" thick walls. 12" Tall8.5" Diameter @ Top 7.5" Diameter @ Bottom 22.5" Circumference @ Middle
