Finest 6pc Jacobi & Jenkins Repousse Sterling Tea Set INCREDIBLE QUALITY & CONDITION JACOBI & JENKINS SOLID STERLING TEA SET; COMES COMPLETE WITH A KETTLE ON STAND; HIGHEST QUALITY REPOUSSE DESIGNS Fabulous 6 pieces sterling silver tea set with kettle on stand made by Jacobi & Jenkins during the late 1800s or early 1900s. Incredible quality pieces of heavy, substantial weight. Very crisp high relief repousse decorations covering each body and lid. Beautiful, detailed flowers of various types with leaves over a stippled or pebbled background. Some of the finest quality repousse work we have ever seen. The kettle's stand has ornate, thick shell and leaf feet. Burner is in working condition and only needs some fluid. Each piece has a monogram of the initials AWL on the bottom, only noticeable when turned over. All hinges, handles and ivory heat insulators are tight and in good shape. Insides are all very clean, the set is ready to use. Wonderful rich lustrous patina. Each piece marked Jacobi & Jenkins makers Baltimore sterling 925/1000 fine. The kettle on stand has the same markings except that it is made by Jenkins & Jenkins. The kettle on stand was probably purchased it few years after the basic five piece set was purchased. Excellent condition with extremely crisp designs. T is one small insignificant dent on the fluid burner, completely inconsequential. Otherwise t are no dents, no breaks, no splits, no monogram removals and no repairs. This set includes: 1 Kettle on Stand: 9 1/8 inches from back to spout and 12 inches tall. 1 Coffeepot: 9 inches from handle to spout and 9 inches tall. 1 Teapot: 9 inches from handle to spout and 6 1/8 inches tall. 1 Creamer: 4 3/4 inches from handle to spout and 4 3/4 inches tall. 1 Covered Sugar Bowl: 5 3/4 inches from handle to handle and 5 1/2 inches tall. 1 Waste or Slop Bowl: 5 inches in diameter and 2 1/2 inches tall.
