Finland Modern Style Puukko/Leuku Fixed Blade Knife

You are bidding on one (1) Fixed Blade Puukko/Leuku Knife with Sheath from Finland. The sheath is made of leather and is Etched with the scene of an outdoor scene and miscellaneous symbols. The knife blade 6 1/8" long and the overall length is 10". The handle is wood with what looks like aluminum at the top and bottom, it could be some other type of metal. The blade is engraved with a reindeer pulling a man in a sled. T is also some writing that I can not understand (see photograph). This is a traditional finish or Scandinavian style woodcraft belt knife with a flat back used for carving, especially wood, also used to clean game. Most come without a guard. I received a message regarding this piece. It states it was made by: " Jeanne Marttiini company of Rovaniemi Finland. They are not intended as a stabbing tool. The previous owner a well know Michigan Knife collector had it valued between $125.00 and $150.00. He paid $75.00 for it some time ago. I do not know the value of this knife today. I have set a modest reserve of $50.00 on this item. I am not a knife collector. However, I am responsible for disposing of a large estate from a long time collector. I will be placing several items on Ebay over the next few months due to the size of the collection. The collection includes vintage military knifes, pocket knifes, figural knives, and much more.
