Complete Set of 4 Fire King "Super Fruit" 8 Ounce D-Handle Stackable Coffee Mugs From back in the day when Anchor Hocking made Fire King mugs... and 8 ounces were the norm...there was no desire for 20 ounce jugs! This wonderful complete set of 4 glass "Super Fruit" mugs...an orange, a lemon, an apple and a pear on 3 sides of each D-handle mug. Stackable, there are no cracks, chips or defects that I could see, other than a single 1/16" diameter black mark near the top of the "lemon" mug. (Please see photo #7.) And the stylized fruit graphics? Pristine...bright and vibrant...without a single scratch and no sign of being put through the dishwasher, either! Marked on the bottoms, "Anchor Hocking, Fire King, Oven Proof, Made in USA" with both the Anchor Hocking and Fire King logos, this is a wonderful set of colorful vintage glassware! Each mug measures approximately 3" in diameter by 3-1/2” high, plus the handle, and holds 8 ounces to the brim. Please Thanks for taking the time to look... And there's no sense in getting into a hissy-fit over them after an auction is over...it's bad for your blood pressure. Think about this...the average item I ship from here in New Jersey weighs about 2 pounds 8 ounces. Shipped Priority Mail to New York City, it would cost $6.60. The same item shipped to Chicago, $10.60; to Denver, $12.90; and to Phoenix or Los Angeles, it would be $15.25. That's more than double what it costs to ship to NYC from here! USPS determines the shipping rates … not The Mad Hatter ! If you think the shipping charges are excessive or too expensive, I beg you, please don't bid! Remember...no hissy-fits! Nearly all items are vintage, collectible or antique, and sold "as is". As such, some wear should be expected on 30, 40 or 50+ year old used items. If they are new, I will say so. I try to describe them as accurately as I can, listing any flaws or defects that I can see. I would never intentionally try to misrepresent an item or mislead a buyer.
