This is mostly a complete set, original owner. Missing parts : The flying interceptor satellite, Rocket decals, one antenna on the large jet car Damaged parts : The box is all there but a little taped up on edges, A couple of the character figures are broken, the springs are original and are questionable in function, wheels on the trailer don't move well. The instruction sheet is a little torn but is present and completely readable. There is an extra smaller XL-5 rocket that is included that was not a part of this original set. Happy to answer any questions. I am not positive what the shipping will be as I would cushion and wrap into a larger size box. The weight as is just 4 pounds but the final box size will be larger. I plan to go USPS. Ebay estimates $17 - $35. I can ask at my PO and see if I can find out a more exact rate.
