Offered is a what I believe to be a rarity! This is a wonderful Swedish Modern, also called tear-drop mixing bowl in the Fire-King Turquoise blue. This bowl measures 8" from the spout to the back, 6 1/2 " from side to side and is appox. 3 1/4" high. This bowl is in fantastic condition, still bright & shiny on the inside, with the outside having a somewhat duller finish, as seems to be typical with some Fire-King. This appears to not have been used much, if at all. T is one small mark about an inch from the spout, that almost appears to have been a tiny bubble during the molding process. I'm almost certain that this is not a chip, and it's definately not a crack. I've tried to get this to show in a picture, but close-ups with my camera aren't too clear. The bowl is marked "OVEN WARE Fire -King MADE IN U.S.A. Pat. Pend." Also offered in this auction are two coffee mugs, also in the turquoise blue color. These appear to be in near new condition, with the normal Fire-King mold marks. Both are bright & shiny inside & out, and appear to have been used very little. Both are marked on the bottom "OVEN WARE Fire-King MADE IN THE U.S.A." I do try to describe my items to the best of my ability, but please e-mail with any questions you might have before bidding. I also have other turquoise blue items listed, and will try to combine shipping when possible. These Fire-King items have been in my collection for over 25 years, but now it's time to downsize. All of my items come from my pet-free & smoke-free home. Insurance will be included in the shipping charge, as I cannot be responsible for an item after it leaves my possession! This is to protect both the winning bidder & myself. At this time, I only ship to addresses in the US. If you do not have a US address, please do not bid.
