Some items cannot be insured outside the U.S. and again, it's the buyer's responsibility if he or she decides to bid with this in mind. I am not responsible for items not insured. Win more than one item and I will combine items to save you money on shipping.

I do not use PayPal or any of the electronic payment methods. Please send payment in the form of Money Order or Personal check, personal check must clear before item is sent.

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: PLEASE SEND PAYMENT IN THE FORM OF INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDER THAT I CAN CASH AT A U.S. POST OFFICE.

Refund Policy: Only if I grossly misrepresent this item. I will refund only the bid amount. Shipping, handling and insurance are not refundable. Refund will be sent after item has been returned to me. NO REFUND on stamps or stamp related items. Only because I simply donâe(tm)t collect stamps. No other reason than that.

Payment needs to be received by me within 10 days of the end of auction (15 days from overseas). If payment is not received by then I will start the âeoeNon Paying Bidder Alert Processâe. Once the NPBA has been submitted, the buyer will have 7 days for payment to reach me. Since Ebay changed its policy, Iâe(tm)ve had too many bidders not sending payment. If for some reason t is a problem sending payment, let me know, Iâe(tm)m easy to get along with and will work with you. Iâe(tm)d rather you tell me up front of any delay rather to get the silent treatment.

At the end of each auction, the successful bidder will receive an invoice that contains the total amount due and my mailing address for payment. Please send your payment with the address w you want this item shipped. Also, include the item description and item#. Providing this info will speed up the process of sending your item. I recently received a lot of payments with just a check or money order with no info whatsoever, sorry, but I put these at the back of the pile until I get around to them. It can be a real pain trying to find the correct auction with no info other then the dollar amount.
