Fisher Price Loving Family Sweet Sounds Dollhouse Lot comes with talking dad & dtr I can't find the mom. This is a Victorian style house containing 7 rooms and comes with everything shown in the pictures. 40 pieces willth dollhouse & family. It has furniture accessories that are intended to be sound activated with the dtr and dad in this lot, but the house makes a few sounds even without the figures. This is a very cute dollhouse set, which will provide many happy hours of playtime fun regardless. The house and accessories are in overall good, used condition. There are a few small, light colored scuff marks here and there on the house. But included in this lot is a mom, dad, girl dtr, boy son, grandma, babygirl. When you put the family with the pink heart on their back on anything in the dollhouse they start talking. It does come with batteries included. Dollhouse comes with every showed in all pictures 40 items. The dollhouse comes in a very large box so shipping will be with UPS so it will have insurance covered.
