This is a Fisher Price Play Family Action Garage dated 1970. This 10 piece playset has a masonite base and plastic two-level garage with elevator; gas pump; working grease ramp and four cars green, red, yellow and blue and four all wood people a blue bodied mom with blonde pony tail, a blue bodied girl with lace collar and two blonde pigtails a green dad with heat stamped hair and a blue bodied boy with red cap and "bully" face. In addition you will receive a bonus red car and two passenger vehicle with trunk a yellow bodied white haired "grandma" and a orange bodied heat stamped hair baby. This set and all of it's pieces are clean. The masonite base has four clean corners, the lithos are all fully and flatly attached, the paper is bright, colorful and complete with the exception of one very small spot on the top of the tower. The elevator goes up and down smoothly when the crank handle is turned, the elevator bell "dings" clearly with every turn and the stop signs move up and down as it reaches each floor. The turntable on the top spins easily with the crank handle. The grease rack moves easily up and down making the clicking noise as it should. The woven cord (hose) is in great shape and firmly attached to the gas pump. No cracks in the plastic ramp body.
