Nice working oscillating fan with brass blades. Made by Fitzgerald Co., Torrington, Conn. Style 16 31 01, number 151339. Features three speeds, oscillates and fan assembly can be tilted up and down at neck. The original power cord has been replaced with a three wire grounding cord and plug, otherwise it looks to be all original. The blades do have some specks on them and will need to be properly cleaned. Stands 20 1/2" tall on an 8 1/2 diameter base. Cage is 17" by 2 1/4". Black paint is coming off of center medallion to reveal the brass underneath. I don';t have any idea as to the age of this fan, made long before people were worried about fingers in fan blades. It weighs 22lbs, would not be an easy thing to tip over. UPS ground shipping includes up to $100.00 insurance, USPS parcel post, insurance is extra.
