ROYAL COPENHAGEN BLUE FLUTED FIVE SOUP PLATES (SMALL) 7 5/8" T are several sizes of rimmed soup plates in this pattern. This is the smaller one measuring 7 5/8. I have also seen this listed as a lunch or dessert plate, probably because it is not that deep. Although it is properly identified as a soup plate, it can be used for dessert or lunch plate. Markings: All 5 plates - Royal Copenhagen Crown with the No. 1 over 170. followed by the three wavy lines. After that each plate has another number - 94. 23, 64, 94 102 Condition: Excellent used condition. Plates are free of chips, cracks, crazing. T are a few pinheads - fleabites which I saw only in bright outdoor light, mentioning for accuracy - probably in mfg process. Slight wear in center on one, and a 1/16" blue color loss on rim circle on plate 23 bottom of plate rims appropriate wear from shelf rest.
