This impressive amber specimen was mined in Simojovel , Chiapas , Mexico Chiapas amber is over 20 million years old and originates from the resin of the now extinct hymaneae protera tree. This amber specimen is a very unique, unbroken mass weighing 115grams, and measuring 3 inches in length, 2.5 inches at its thickest point by 2 inches wide. The piece completely masive free of cracks or inclusions, all over the world this amber specimens are hard to find, When the sunlight shine direct on the piece the amber appears mainly strong green color ,The piece keeps its green color even on the shade with no direct sun light. held agains the light the piece appears perfect clean and clear Yellow in color.
