In order to accept a return, the items being returned must be new, unworn, returned with all boxes, packing materials and tags intact. The box in which the boots were delivered can not be used as the shipping container. Boxes damaged in transit are not eligible for refund. Boots worn outside can not be returned. T can be no soiling, sand, or scuff marks on the boot or it can not be restocked. Returns must be received within 30 days of the delivery date. Shipping fees are never refundable. Any Altama, Danner, LaCrosse or Belleville boots returned with no exchange will be charged a 25% restocking fee which is deducted from your refund. You must obtain a return authorization number from our customer service department prior to sending your item back to us.
